Stained glass panel of an owl waiting for nightfall. Each piece is hand painted using traditional lead paint on glass, fired in the kiln to 650C, then edged with copper foil and soldered with lead/tin. Size is roughly A4. The whole panel is edged in lead with two copper hoops attached to hang it in your window.
This panel looks stunning in a window with a range of colourful glass, much of it textured to refract the light even better.

All stained glass work contains lead and you should be cautious when handling it – for example washing your hands after handling the panel. This piece is purely decorative and should not be used for food or as a toy.
